I have been a real estate agent in Seattle since 1993 and have a very successful business. A large part of that success is based on a second business - Jan Sewell Design - a staging company that I began 3 1/2 years into my real estate career. I had begun to rearrange my clients’ furniture – sometimes adding things from home – and found that this was a very effective tool in helping my clients to sell their homes more quickly.
