Occupied Homes: If you are still living in your home, we provide consultation services, helping you to determine what repairs or updates would be beneficial and what is unnecessary. We help you rearrange furniture and accessories and most importantly, we help you edit.

Vacant Homes: Vacant homes can be fully furnished and accessorized or we can do only part of the home. We will consult with you on what we think is the best solution for your property.

Other services: We also have a list of contractors and services that we use on a regular basis who can help you prepare your home for the market. Our services also include color consultation if painting is needed.

Pricing

Pricing is done on a case by case basis. Factors such as price point, access and number of major pieces of furniture are determinants. We can usually give a basic price range after speaking with you on the phone. Final pricing is done after viewing the property.
